Frame components

Our x-member support is designed to fit into the stock X-member behind the original saddle. This can be installed prior to removing the saddle, thereby retaining the structural integrity of the X-member. Used when changing engine/trans combos. If using late overdrive transmissions, out wide X kit is necessary. PN 2030, $72.00.

Frame to X-member supports for 35-40 Ford. These replace the often bent or butchered original units. 35/35 Ford Pn 2031, 37-40 Ford Pn 2031. $68.50/pr.

Front upper Frame rail to X-member brace for 41-48 Ford car. PN 3031. $35.00/pr.

Front lower rail to X-member brace for 42-48 Ford. Pn.3032. $35.00/pr.

Wide X-member kit to fit the 41-48 Ford frame. Opens up the center to accommodate the overdrive automatic transmissions. Includes transmission mount plate. PN 3030. $120.00

Wide X-member kit to fit the 35-40 and 41 commercial Frame. Opens up the center to accommodate the overdrive automatic transmissions. Includes transmission mount plate and braces that fit between the frame rail and X-member. PN 2033. $175.00

Front crossmember notch plates. The front crossmember needs to have the original motormount portion to accommodate a mechanical fuel pump on Chevrolet engines. These plates are designed to be welded into the crossmember to return integrity to it. The second side will provide clearance for power steering pump. PN 2001 fits 35/36 Ford, PN 2002 fits 37-40 Ford, PN 3001 fits 41-48 Ford. $21.50/pr.

Front U-bolt eliminator kit. Designed to replace the U-bolts on the front crossmember that retains the front axle. Tabs weld to the crossmember and the bolts attach the plate to them, fits 28-24 Ford . PN5018. $45.00

Driveshaft hoop crossmember kit. This is the same unit as our driveshaft hoop crossmember just not welded together. Allows for further customization. Hoop is 6′ x 12″ and crossmember is 36″ overall. Custom sizes are available. PN. DSCM-2. $45.00

Rear C-notch kits for 35-40 Ford and 53-56 Ford F-100. Consists of a c-notch with the boxing plate. Unit welds into stock frame. PN 2510 for 35-40 Ford, PN 2512 for F-100. $45.00/pr.
